1. Who I Am

The Content Collateral is a creative content strategy newsletter written and curated by Imelda Wistey. This publication exists to support voice reclamation, creative insight, and human strategy for content professionals and creatives working within high-output systems.

2. Intellectual Property

All original content — including creative essays/poetry/metaphors, strategy frameworks, group/individual workshop sessions, content consultations/coaching, writing guides, visuals, and downloadable tools — is the intellectual property of Imelda Wistey unless otherwise noted.

You may:

• Share public (free) posts with proper attribution

• Quote excerpts (under 100 words) with credit and a link

You may not:

• Reproduce full posts without permission

• Use paid content or tools in commercial projects without a separate license

• Resell or redistribute anything behind the paywall

If you want to feature or collaborate, just ask! I’m happy to talk with you to share ideas and future projects.

3. Paid Membership Terms

Paid subscribers receive exclusive access specific to outlets at the discretion of

Payment is processed via Substack. All billing is managed through your account dashboard. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds are issued for billing cycles already processed.

4. Respect & Community

This is a space for creative professionals to reconnect with voice and vulnerability. Comments, replies, and community interaction (if/when enabled) should be respectful, relevant, and free of harassment, spam, or AI-generated noise (by all means, use AI, just do so with integrity).

I reserve the right to moderate or block users who violate this intention.

The Content Collateral is not therapy, legal advice, or a substitute for professional consulting unless explicitly stated. The views shared are based on personal experience, creative practice, and professional background.
